Mr. Kutnick is a visionary leader with more than 40 years of experience in building and executing business strategies for large corporations. His inventive method of leadership has enabled the success in mergers and acquisitions, managing software development and engineering, as well as business development. 

Mr. Kutnick has worked for several startup companies as well as four public companies. All but one of these grew from $20-100 million dollars to between $1-4 billion dollar market caps. His most recent successes are the result of this role as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Strategic Business Development for Citrix Systems, based in Fort Lauderdale.

Mr. Kutnick is currently on the Board of two private companies, and has served on the Board of several public companies. He holds several degrees from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
